Vipin Kumar Dhyani is an accomplished product and service leader with extensive experience in the electronics industry, encompassing product development, quality assurance, after-sales service, and factory operations. He has successfully led large-scale manufacturing, sourcing, and quality initiatives across leading brands and global organizations.

With a strong focus on process excellence and customer satisfaction, he brings deep expertise in new product introduction (NPI) and operational e ciency. Vipin is recognized for fostering cross-functional collaboration and building robust systems that enhance product perfor mance and elevate service delivery standards.

Prem Prakash

Product

Prem Prakash leads product innovation at NEOVOLT, shaping next-gen consumer electronics across audio, wearables, and smart surveillance. With 7+ years of hands-on experience, he specializes in turning bold ideas into scalable, market-ready products—fast.

He owns the entire product journey, from PRD creation and hardware benchmarking to DVT/PVT builds, supplier ecosystems, and go-to-market readiness. Known for sharp cost control and quality discipline, Prem ensures every product hits the right balance of performance, reliability, and price.

A structured problem-solver with a founder’s mindset, he works closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to drive high-velocity execution. At NEOVOLT, Prem builds products that don’t just launch well—but win in the market.
